Let us carve out your needed foam letters and logos. We can cut foam letters for you in many different densities, fonts and finishes. Poly Foam Logos are custom made to your specifications and requires a price quote.

These are raw foam letters and foam logos with no coatings.  You can paint your foam letters as you would like.  We offer foam letters and logos in EPS 1 lb and 2 lb densities. We also offer high density Extruded foam letters. Note: Unfinished letters are for use indoors.  Un painted Foam letters would break down from UV over a period of years if left outdoors.

We will carve your foam letters or logo then paint them to your specifications.  These foam letters still remain soft to the touch. The paint is then top coated with an Acrylic to seal it in.  Painted foam letters and logos are recommended for interior use.

These are the letters you would use for the exterior.  Each Poly Foam letter or logo is coated with our Styrothane Foam coat which produces a hard plastic shell on the letter.  Each foam letter or logo is then hand painted to your specifications.  The final step is to coat the painted foam letter with a high gloss coating.  These leaves the letters and logos with a unique and custom look.
