EPS surfboard blanks have been eight years in development. Our blanks have no problems with out - gassing, unlike extruded foams. When sealed in an approved manner Polycraft blanks have no problems with laminate adhesion, unlike extruded foams. That means no de-laminations from trapped gas or poor surface adhesion, throughout the life of the board. Polycraft blanks are cut with our state of the art manufacturing equipment from 1.0 lb. per cu. Ft or 2.0 lb density EPS billets. This gives our customers the ability to create a blank to their specifications, without bending or twisting the blank. Polycraft blanks are cut exactly to your pure curves. Using the tools you have now, you can be shaping Polycraft blanks with little change in your current technique and work flow. Sorry, we only cut rockers & outlines. If you want to minimize the thinning process, please contact us with the specifications. Reducing the time required to lay out a template & cut it can be achieved by employing accurate outline cuts. The rest is up to the shaper - turn down the deck & rails, add concaves & sanding.
